RETURN POLICY

OTECH LABS customers are our priority!  We will make sure that each and every customer has a welcome experience and be our life-long customer.  Our customers can rest assured that our products contain only the best ingredients available in the world.  If at anytime you feel that your results are not up to your expectation, please contact us so we can quickly remedy the situation.

SHIPPING POLICY

OTECH LABS ship out Monday through Friday.  All orders are shipped via USPS Priority FEDEX or UPS within the USA.  International orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL or UPS.

We will send you your tracking number to follow your shipment.

ORDER PROCESSING

OTECH LABS orders are processed between 1-2 business days for all in stock items.  Cut off time for orders placed is 1:00pm US Eastern Time for orders that clear payment that day.  Our processing time is separate from the shipment delivery time.

Orders are not processed on weekends or US Holidays.  For larger orders, International orders or orders that require additional information from the customers, additional time may be needed to complete processing.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS

International orders have different import regulations which is our customers responsibility.  It is our customers responsibility to research all the products to make sure that it is legal to import to your country.  Orders processed and shipped out of our location can not be held responsible for customs delay.  If an order is held in customs, we can not issue a refund.  If an order is returned to us and you wish to have a refund, we will make the refund only after receiving the items.  In this scenario, we will refund the purchase amount less a 15% restocking fee, less the total shipping cost.

We will provide you your tracking number to follow your shipment.

RETURNS

If the product is defective or damaged, you may return the item within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges. Refunds are available for defective or damaged products only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging that you received it. No exchanges or refunds will be given unless they are accompanied with a valid sales receipt, OTECH LABS packing slip, or verification of purchase date, tender and amount paid.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

EXCHANGE (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same or another item of like value or less, send us an email at customerservice@otechlabs.com and send your item to: PO Box 891218, Tampa FL 33689, United States.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and we will automatically send your exchange, within a 5 business days.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a notice to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
